CUSTOMER SERVICE

The EDP s.r.o. service department provides its services to the whole country. It performs servicing of all types of gaming machines, Multi-Roulettes or other devices from company production. The department also offers training for technicians, spare parts distribution, and provides information about changes and software updates.

Service requests, spare parts ordering, training and other requirements, are entered into the online system at this link (in Czech), which is always available. After sending a request, you will receive an e-mail with the code of your inquiry. When entering this code online, you can re-visit the process of your request.

Service – Repairs – Sales

Repairs are carried out on weekdays within 48 hours in the factory in Komořany. Repairs are only done by appointment on weekdays 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The warranty period is determined by the sales contract. The date for determining the duration of the warranty period is the day of receipt and the day of reporting faults to the helpdesk. In the case of a repair request specified by the customer at the location, based on an order (helpdesk), the repair will be performed at the earliest possible time by the technician (usually the next working day).

The order must contain all information required in the reporting system for disorders (helpdesk).
A disorder with missing data will not be entered into the system!

Sale, repair and replacement parts are provided Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm in the service warehouse in Komořany. In the case of unpaid debts from the customer to the company, the service or spare parts supply will not be provided.

Service – Training

We offer our business partners one-day training programs focused on various types of slot machines. Training is performed at a predetermined time in the manufacturing plant in Komořany. In justified cases and based on an agreement, the training can take place elsewhere. The price is predetermined by the number of individually trained technicians.
